Forum clean-up Empty Forum clean-up

Hey, there are a few inactive branches on the forum, I think some of them could be safely removed or incorporated into others.

-move Videos to Art & Media
-move Champions of Soccer, National team competitions, League to Past Tournaments
-Remove "Ask the mapmaker" subforum
